Hotel Pleasant Haveli - Adults Only

The staff was attentive and nice. They went out of their way to accommodate us when our plans changed, even giving us a refund when we had to cut our trip short by one day. The hotel is beautiful and clean & the restaurant is amazing!

Great location, walkable distance to historic sites and restaurants

The place is excellent. The room is comfortable. Beautiful view at evening time to the fort.The team was very friendly. The night at the desert including camel ride was gorgeous. They let us take showers after we got back from the desert, and dropped us at the airport.

Honestly it was perfect.

This place is an oasis of calm. Jaisalmer is an incredible city and staying at this beautiful property only made our experience better. The rooms were beautifully appointed and kept really cool (which was a huge relief from the heat outside). The place is spotlessly clean and the wonderful staff were so helpful with any needs we had. The property is in a great location, just a short walk to most places of interest and has some great food options close by too. The rooftop restaurant was an incredible place to have breakfast- really recommend this place.

Nice roof top common areas for sitting around and enjoying the view. Good food with the restaurant - great breakfasts, but also a good selection for dinner. And the desert safari was excellent while being relatively inexpensive.

Perfect location with great view and food by Prem on their rooftop resturant. Great value for money and would definitely stay again

Well organised place, we had a lovely large comfortable room. The restaurant on the roof has a good view of the fort and serves good food. 5 minutes walk to the main bazaar road and only a few more to the fort itself.

Nothing, except getting desert beans instead of Gatta curry in the restaurant. But the desert beans were great!

Great hotel walking distance from everything. Room was big with a great shower with plenty of hot water which is often a problem in India. The rooftop terrace was nice after a day of sightseeing. Trem the restaurant's chef cooked amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and provided recommendations on Jaisalmer's dishes to try. Hotel staff was amazing and picked me up at the train station for free.

The location was great. I was not happy with the first room I was shown so Manohar gave me another which was larger and had a window seat where I could watch the street life below.Manohar is the manager and was very helpful and understanding. Nothing was a problem for him.The dining area on the roof was a top place for breakfast and also dinner. The view of the fort lit up at night was magic.

The wifi had full signal but would constantly drop out and say no internet available.I gave up and used my own data

The room wasn't well dusted so didn't feel as clean as we'd like.

Rooftop restaurant serves excellent non-veg cuisine with full bar. Also good breakfast with eggs to order.Room ceilings have beautiful detail.

Windows from room face hallway that is mostly lit at night. Bring your own toilet paper. Theirs is like butcher paper.

The staff were polite and the property is centrally located and walking distance from most attractions

The toilets weren’t clean when we checked in. We didn’t have hot water for bathing in one occasion. It is a basic budget property and one should have their expectations set accordingly.
